Baykeep is an HTML website template for self-storage groups serving households and businesses. It gives visitors a practical way to compare locations, understand unit sizes and ask about availability with the right facility already selected.
Built around 3 distinct storage locations, Baykeep makes the loading route part of the decision. Indoor ground-floor storage, drive-up units and lift-served options each have their own facility details, offered types and request routes. Visitors can compare those differences before choosing a space, while the original illustrated size guide helps them think through dimensions, belongings and room for retrieval.
The design pairs an architectural mark and editable wordmark with generous typography, lime accents, original storage imagery and carefully finished controls. Its complete availability and Help journeys take visitors from their first choice through requirements, adult contact, review and a completed acknowledgement. Clear next steps keep the selected location and unit connected throughout the experience.

- Illustrated size guidance: explore 5 nominal footprints with editable dimensional text and links to the locations offering corresponding types.
- Complete request journeys: select a location and unit preference, describe useful requirements, provide adult reply details, review, edit and reach an acknowledgement.
- Meaningful recovery states: inspect pending, unavailable, rejected, failed and uncertain outcomes through the actual interface, including a retry that preserves request identity.
- 3 coordinated schemes: Yard, Tide and Brick offer distinct palettes, with Light, Dark and Auto appearance modes.
- Responsive business coverage: supporting pages address household moves, stock retrieval, handling, preparation and the questions to settle before arrival.
Help visitors choose the right starting point
A storage decision involves the route as well as the room. Baykeep's facility pages connect offered unit types with ground-floor, drive-up and lift-served arrangements. The location finder remains useful without a map or location permission, and the comparison view brings practical differences together.
The size guide shows nominal width, depth and floor area as live text beside original SVG geometry. Illustrative belongings and retrieval space encourage useful planning, while the guidance directs visitors to check actual openings, clearances and suitability with their selected facility. Each size connects to compatible location choices without presenting a diagram as a stock result.
Keep the next step clear
Baykeep's availability flow preserves the chosen facility and unit through requirements, contact, review and acknowledgement. Changing location clears incompatible unit choices, and recovery links retain useful selection context. A completed request has its own reference and a printable summary; the acknowledgement keeps later reservation and rental arrangements distinct.
The Help flow supports both location-specific questions and general company inquiries. It provides a complete review-and-send experience for practical questions about choosing storage, access, restrictions or an existing request. Both forms keep information collection focused on useful requirements and adult reply details.
The included demonstration reaches its completed frontend outcomes. The documented receiving contract gives buyers a defined starting point for connecting their own availability and inquiry operations.
The package supplies the complete frontend. A live receiving service, inventory feed, reservation system, rental acceptance, payments and gate access are not included. Buyers connect their own HTTPS receiving adapter and configure validation, facility and unit identifiers, availability rules and responses. The guide explains the required request and response fields, identity-preserving retries and downstream workflow. Live transport does not fall back to a simulated acknowledgement.
The supplied facilities, unit types and images are illustrative. Buyers configure verified operating information and applicable policies before launch. Unit dimensions are nominal planning examples; the template does not provide current stock or pricing, guaranteed usable space or packing capacity.
Built for readable, accessible interaction
Semantic page structure, labeled native controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus, understandable validation and text-based status messages support everyday use. Native dialogs handle decisions that need confirmation, and reduced-motion preferences are respected. The interface includes a useful fallback when the request form cannot initialize.
Light, Dark and Auto are available in the business interface. The preview's separate Options panel lets buyers explore Yard, Tide and Brick without adding a scheme picker to the ready-made business site.
Make it your storage business
Central configuration holds facility identities, offered unit types, request choices and routing rules. Editable page content, CSS tokens, dimensional diagrams, local images and the live-text wordmark give buyers a clear starting point for their own identity and operating details.
Baykeep uses semantic HTML, modern CSS and focused vanilla JavaScript, with no frontend framework requirement. The guide explains the source structure, appearance settings, media preparation, complete receiving adapter contract and the work needed to connect real storage operations.
