Give product engineers and purchasing teams a clear route from a first board to a manufacturing conversation. This electronics manufacturing website brings PCB assembly, sourcing, box build, testing and production preparation into a coherent 30-page experience, with practical content for the decisions that shape each build.

Circuitledger pairs a technical visual identity with a useful preparation journey. An original circuit-board hero, manufacturing photographs, assembly diagrams and custom navigation icons establish the setting. Visitors can explore a service, check which production documents are ready, and carry that context into a reviewable inquiry demonstration.

Built around the manufacturing conversation

Explain the difference between a prototype, a pilot release and a repeat build with dedicated pages for each stage. Service pages address PCB assembly, enclosure integration, cable and harness work, inspection and test evidence. Material pages distinguish turnkey, customer-supplied and mixed sourcing, with guidance on kit identity, shortages, alternates and revision control.

Application pages connect those capabilities to industrial controls, connected devices and instrumentation. Engineering resources cover bills of materials, fabrication and placement data, and test plans, helping visitors understand what to prepare before sharing controlled production files.

Turn preparation into a useful inquiry

The build-package checker adapts to the chosen assembly type, build stage and material responsibility. Visitors mark the documents they have ready, see what remains to prepare or discuss, and download a checklist. Service and sourcing links carry the relevant starting choices into the checker.

The inquiry preserves those selections and provides validation, a review step, editing, a pending state, a demonstration receipt and a downloadable request copy. The included default runs locally without sending information. A documented receiving boundary supports a buyer-owned service for live delivery, with explicit unavailable, rejected and uncertain-result recovery states.

  • 9 original manufacturing images in responsive WebP sizes, an original brand mark, 26 menu icons and technical diagrams.
  • Signal, Copper and Ion color schemes with independent Light, Dark and Auto appearance modes.
  • A ready-made website, self-contained editable HTML/CSS/JavaScript source, buyer documentation, changelog and asset notices.
  • Documented build, preview, validation and packaging commands with included regression checks.

A technical character across the whole site

Large editorial headings, compact reference labels and lime accents give the default Signal scheme the character of an engineering workbench. Copper and Ion offer 2 alternative palettes. Spacious navigation panels combine descriptive links with original technical icons, while service diagrams and manufacturing imagery carry the visual language into interior pages.

Responsive layouts preserve reading order and practical controls on narrow screens. Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, labeled inputs, reduced-motion handling and appearance preferences are built into the interface.

Ready to adapt to your business

Edit page content in semantic HTML, maintain shared identity and settings in focused data files, and customize styles through named CSS layers. Local fonts and included image assets keep the delivered website self-contained. The buyer guide explains the source structure, receiving integration, content changes and static hosting workflow.

This is a frontend HTML template. It does not include a backend, automated quotation, production-file upload, order management or scheduling service. The fictional manufacturer and illustrated facilities demonstrate the design; replace business claims and operational details before launching your own site.
