Each purchase on Wrapmarket includes a license that governs how the item may be used. The Standard License covers one end product for personal use, business use, or client work, and permits public release if the end product is not sold and is not offered with paid access. License Add-ons expand the rights granted by the Standard License.

Standard License

Subject to these terms, the Standard License grants you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable license to use the Item to create one (1) End Product for personal use, business use, or Client Work.

The Standard License may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or sublicensed except as expressly permitted under these terms or as otherwise approved by Wrapmarket for limited administrative reassignment consistent with these terms.

Rights Granted

The Standard License permits:

  • Use of the Item to create one (1) End Product.
  • Creation of that End Product for personal use, business use, or Client Work.
  • Modification of the Item as needed to create that End Product, subject to the restrictions in these terms.
  • Publication, deployment, or other public availability of that End Product through a website, app store, or similar public channel, provided that the End Product is not Sold, is not offered with Paid Access, and does not make the Item available for reuse or separate exploitation.

For clarity under the Standard License:

  • Advertising-supported use of an End Product does not, by itself, constitute Paid Access.
  • Use of an End Product to market, offer, or sell goods or services that are separate from the End Product does not, by itself, constitute Selling the End Product or offering the End Product with Paid Access.

Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by an applicable License Add-on, you may not:

  • Use the Item in more than one (1) End Product.
  • Sell the End Product.
  • Offer the End Product with Paid Access.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, assign, transfer, share, upload, submit, publish, list, distribute, or otherwise make available the Item itself, whether modified or unmodified, including as a standalone file, stock asset, template, theme, UI kit, design asset, tool, or other reusable product, with source files, or in any form that permits reuse of the Item or a reusable derivative of the Item.
  • Include the Item in any manner that permits any person to extract, access, reuse, download, or separately exploit the Item as a standalone asset.
  • Extract, separate, or use any individual component, element, asset, or portion of the Item outside the Item or outside a permitted End Product, except to the extent reasonably necessary to create that End Product in compliance with these terms.
  • Use the Item to create, convert, adapt, or distribute a competing or reusable product, including a template, theme, UI kit, design asset, starter, builder asset, or similar product, whether free, paid, private, or open source.
  • Use the Item in, with, or as part of any website builder, theme builder, app builder, page builder, no-code tool, generator, or similar product or service that allows end users to create, customize, generate, access, or obtain reusable outputs based on the Item.
  • Upload, submit, publish, list, distribute, or otherwise make the Item, or any reusable derivative of the Item, available on any marketplace, resale platform, asset library, repository, exchange, or similar service, whether free or paid.
  • Publish, release, distribute, or make available the Item, or any reusable derivative of the Item, as open source or under any license or arrangement that permits reuse, modification, redistribution, or public access to the Item or a reusable derivative of the Item.
  • Use the Item, or any portion of the Item, for training, fine-tuning, testing, validation, benchmarking, evaluation, development, conditioning, ingestion into datasets, creation of embeddings, retrieval corpora, synthetic data generation, or any other use in connection with any artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, or similar model, system, or technology.
  • Seek to register or claim trademark, service mark, trade name, or other proprietary rights in the Item itself or in a substantially similar version of the Item, except to the extent expressly permitted under these terms.

Ownership and Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the creator. No right or license shall arise by implication, estoppel, custom, trade usage, course of dealing, technological evolution, or otherwise.

Any use not expressly permitted by these terms is prohibited, including any future, new, modified, derivative, technological, automated, machine-assisted, or unforeseen use not expressly authorized herein.

The Item is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these terms, all right, title, and interest in and to the Item, including all intellectual property rights therein, remain with the creator.

Unlimited Projects Add-on

The Unlimited Projects Add-on is valid only when associated with a valid Standard License for the same Item.

Rights Granted

The Standard License is expanded only to the extent expressly described in this Add-on.

Under the Unlimited Projects Add-on, you may:

  • Use the Item to create unlimited End Products.
  • Create those End Products for personal use, business use, or Client Work.
  • Exercise the foregoing rights only in accordance with all other applicable provisions of these terms.

No Other Expansion of Rights

Except as expressly expanded by this Add-on, all other terms and restrictions of the Standard License remain in full force and effect. If more than one License Add-on is associated with the same Standard License for the same Item, each License Add-on expands only the rights it expressly grants, and all other terms and restrictions continue to apply.

Commercial Add-on

The Commercial Add-on is valid only when associated with a valid Standard License for the same Item.

Rights Granted

The Standard License is expanded only to the extent expressly described in this Add-on.

Under the Commercial Add-on, you may:

  • Sell the End Product.
  • Offer the End Product with Paid Access.
  • Exercise the foregoing rights only in accordance with all other applicable provisions of these terms.

No Other Expansion of Rights

Except as expressly expanded by this Add-on, all other terms and restrictions of the Standard License remain in full force and effect. If more than one License Add-on is associated with the same Standard License for the same Item, each License Add-on expands only the rights it expressly grants, and all other terms and restrictions continue to apply.

Order of Precedence

If one or more License Add-ons are associated with the same Standard License for the same Item, each License Add-on controls only with respect to the specific rights it expressly expands. In all other respects, the Standard License remains in full force and effect.

Third-Party Components and Additional Licenses

An Item may include, depend on, or be designed for use with third-party software, frameworks, libraries, fonts, images, icons, plugins, code, or other materials that are subject to separate license terms.

These terms govern only the rights granted in the Item itself through Wrapmarket. They do not replace, override, limit, expand, or modify any separate license terms that apply to third-party materials included in, bundled with, referenced by, or required for use of the Item. Neither Wrapmarket nor the creator grants any rights in third-party materials except to the extent the creator is authorized to do so.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party license terms. If any third-party material requires a separate license for your intended use, or if any third-party material is included without sufficient rights or in violation of an applicable license, no license to that material is granted under these terms.

Client Work

Client Work is permitted under the Standard License and any applicable License Add-ons, subject at all times to the End Product limits and all other applicable provisions of these terms.

Each separate client project constitutes a separate End Product. Unless the Unlimited Projects Add-on is associated with a valid Standard License for the same Item, you may not use the Item in more than one client project.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Item, and any use of the resulting End Product by your client, complies with these terms.

Entity Changes and Successors

If you are a legal entity, your rights under these terms may be transferred to a successor entity solely in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of substantially all of your business or assets, provided that the successor entity agrees to be bound by these terms and no broader rights are granted or implied by such transfer.

General Restrictions

In addition to the other restrictions set forth in these terms, you may not:

  • Claim authorship or ownership of the Item itself.
  • Use the Item in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.
  • Use the Item in any manner that exceeds the scope of the rights expressly granted under these terms.

Termination

If you breach these terms, your license rights may terminate immediately without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Item. Upon request, you must also cease use of any non-compliant End Product and remove or destroy all copies of the Item in your possession or control, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No Waiver

No failure or delay by Wrapmarket or the creator in enforcing any provision of these terms shall operate as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement with respect to the license granted for the Item and supersede any inconsistent or additional statements regarding such license.

No listing description, creator page, product page, comment, message, support communication, marketing material, or other statement modifies or expands the rights granted under these terms unless expressly authorized by Wrapmarket through an official license mechanism or written policy.

Survival

Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including without limitation restrictions on redistribution, open source release, artificial intelligence use, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and reservation of rights, shall survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Item is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the creator nor Wrapmarket makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Item, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, compatibility, security, or that the Item will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrapmarket shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Item, your use of the Item, your inability to use the Item, any End Product created with the Item, or these terms, even if Wrapmarket has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrapmarket's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Item or these terms shall not exceed the greater of one hundred (100) U.S. dollars and the amount, if any, paid by you to Wrapmarket for the license to the Item giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge and agree that, except to the extent expressly stated otherwise by Wrapmarket, the creator, and not Wrapmarket, is solely responsible for the Item itself, including its content, functionality, maintenance, support, legality, and any representations made about the Item. Any claim relating to the Item itself must be brought against the creator, and not against Wrapmarket, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Definitions

For purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:

Wrapmarket Wrapmarket LLC, the operator of the marketplace, and its successors and assigns.
Item The digital product, files, and related assets made available by the creator on Wrapmarket, including any updates provided by the creator.
End Product A larger work created by you that incorporates the Item and is not a standalone copy of the Item.
Client Work An End Product created by you for a specific client in the course of services you provide.
Paid Access Access to an End Product, or to features, functionality, content, digital goods, upgrades, or services made available in or through an End Product, that requires payment, including one-time fees, subscriptions, memberships, in-app purchases, paid unlocks, or similar paid access models.
Sell / Sold To sell, license, distribute, make available, or otherwise offer an End Product in exchange for any fee, charge, subscription payment, membership payment, or other monetary consideration.
License Add-ons Optional rights associated with the Standard License, including the Unlimited Projects Add-on and the Commercial Add-on.
You / your The purchaser, license holder, or the applicable legal entity to which the license is assigned in accordance with these terms.
