Overview

Creators earn a commission based on whether their items are sold exclusively through Wrapmarket or offered non-exclusively. You can set the status for each item individually during the submission process or update it later as needed. Commission rates are determined by the item's exclusivity status at the time of sale and are designed to reward creators who choose to offer their items exclusively on the marketplace.

Commission rates are as follows:

Offering your items exclusively on Wrapmarket unlocks the highest commission rate.

Exclusive items

  • Earn a 70% commission on the price you set.
  • Items marked as exclusive must be sold only through Wrapmarket and cannot be made available elsewhere. The item must be removed from all other platforms before it is marked as exclusive.
  • Exclusive status is set on a per-item basis and can help you maximize your earnings.

Non-Exclusive items

  • Earn a 40% commission on the price you set.
  • Non-exclusive items may be listed and sold outside of Wrapmarket without restriction.
  • Non-exclusive status offers greater flexibility if you wish to sell across multiple platforms.

How commission is calculated

Your commission is based on the final sale price of the item, excluding any applicable taxes, processing fees, or additional charges paid by the customer. The commission is calculated automatically at the time of purchase.

When you receive earnings

Earnings are credited to your account balance once a sale is completed. You will receive a payout on the next scheduled payout date once your balance meets the minimum payout threshold. Additional details regarding payout timing and methods can be found on Payouts for Creators.

Changing exclusivity status

  • Changing an item from exclusive to non-exclusive is allowed at any time, but your commission rate will be reduced from 70% to 40% for all future sales of that item.
  • If you wish to change an item from non-exclusive to exclusive, you must first ensure it is no longer available for sale anywhere outside of Wrapmarket. Once updated, it will qualify for the higher commission rate going forward.
  • Changes to exclusivity status do not retroactively affect previous sales; the commission rate applied at the time of each sale will remain unchanged.

Important notes

  • Commission rates apply individually to each item based on its current status.
  • Wrapmarket reserves the right to verify the exclusivity of any item marked as exclusive and reclassify any item incorrectly marked as exclusive.
  • If an item is found to be available for sale outside the marketplace while marked as exclusive, we may reclassify the item as non-exclusive and adjust its commission rate accordingly.
    In such cases, we also reserve the right to deduct the difference in commission from your earnings for any sales that occurred while the item was incorrectly marked exclusive.
