Support Policy
Learn about the support options available from creators for items you purchase.

Support helps you get the most out of items licensed through Wrapmarket. For supported items, support is provided directly by the creator and is intended to help with questions about the item's features and functionality, bugs and technical issues, and included third-party plugins, components, and assets.
Support is limited in scope and does not include customization, installation, web hosting, server configuration, or other services outside the intended use of the item.
Each license has its own support period. During that period, the license includes access to item versions released through the support expiration date. If support expires, versions released after the expiration date may be locked until a support extension is purchased, if an extension is available for that item.

The list above is a summary. Full conditions and exclusions are described below.
Support period
Each license for a supported item includes an initial 6-month support period, unless support is unavailable or otherwise restricted under this policy. The support period determines both the period during which you may request support for the item and the item versions that may be downloaded under that license.
A license may download item versions that were released on or before that license's support expiration date. Item versions released after the support expiration date may be locked until support is extended.
If a support extension is purchased, the support period for that license is extended. Any item versions released on or before the new support expiration date become available to that license, including versions that were previously locked because support had expired.
Support and updates are associated with individual licenses. If you hold more than one license for the same item, each license has its own support period.
Support extensions
A support extension extends support and updates for a license by the period shown at checkout. Support extensions may be available when the item is listed, supported, and eligible for extension.
A support extension does not guarantee that future updates will be released. Creators decide whether and when to release updates for their items. If future versions are released during the extended support period, those versions will be available to the license.
A support extension does not expand the rights granted by the license. Your use of any downloaded version remains subject to the license and any license add-ons associated with that license.
Item versions and downloads
Creators may release new item versions that include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, design changes, new features, additional implementations, or other changes. Available versions can be viewed from your account purchases page, along with changelog information when provided.
New item versions may differ from earlier versions and may not be compatible with your project, customizations, dependencies, hosting environment, or previous implementation. You are responsible for reviewing the changelog, documentation, and requirements before using a new version.
A license remains eligible to download item versions released during its support period, subject to this policy, the applicable license terms, and any restrictions that may apply. Wrapmarket may remove or restrict access to item versions when necessary, including versions that were previously available under a license.
Support includes
Availability to answer questions about features and functionality
Creators are available to answer reasonable questions about the features and functionality included with the item. This may include clarification about included pages, components, layouts, files, configuration options, documented features, and the intended behavior of the item.
Support is intended to help you understand and use what is included with the item. It does not require the creator to provide general training, build a project for you, explain unrelated technologies, or provide custom implementation advice beyond the scope of the item.
Assistance with resolving bugs and technical issues
If you encounter a bug or technical issue with the item, the creator may help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve the issue. This support is limited to issues with the item itself and does not include unrelated issues caused by your hosting environment, server configuration, third-party services, custom modifications, or unsupported software.
Creators may resolve issues by providing guidance, documentation, or an updated item version. Support does not require the creator to backport fixes to older item versions or maintain compatibility with software, frameworks, libraries, browsers, or devices that are not listed as supported by the item.
Help with included third-party plugins, components, and assets
Some items include third-party plugins, components, frameworks, libraries, fonts, images, icons, or other assets. Creators may help you understand how these included materials are used in the item and may provide reasonable troubleshooting guidance.
Creators may direct you to third-party documentation for more detailed information. Creators are not responsible for bugs, changes, outages, license restrictions, or other issues caused by third-party materials or services, but they may help you identify the source of an issue where practical.
Support does not include
Customization
Support does not include customizing the item to fit your specific needs. This includes changes to the design, layout, style, features, code, content, integrations, or functionality of the item. If you need custom work, you may need to hire a developer, designer, or other professional to make those changes for you.
Installation, web hosting, or server configuration
Support does not include installing the item, setting up web hosting, configuring servers, configuring databases, setting file permissions, deploying the item, setting up build tools, or troubleshooting your hosting environment.
These tasks depend on your own technical environment and are outside the scope of item support. You should contact your hosting provider, system administrator, developer, or other technical specialist for help with these areas.
Additional exclusions
- Training and tutorials: Support does not include in-depth training, tutorials, or general education beyond basic guidance related to the item.
- Unsupported software or platforms: Support does not include compatibility with software, platforms, browsers, devices, frameworks, libraries, or systems not listed in the item description or documentation.
- Third-party services and APIs: Support does not include integrating, configuring, or troubleshooting third-party services or APIs that are not included as part of the item.
- Content creation: Support does not include writing text, creating images, designing graphics, producing media, entering data, or editing content for your project.
- Search engine optimization: Support does not include SEO work, keyword research, ranking advice, analytics setup, or search performance consulting.
- Legal or compliance advice: Support does not include legal, tax, privacy, accessibility, regulatory, copyright, trademark, or compliance advice.
- Domain and account issues: Support does not include DNS configuration, SSL certificates, domain setup, email deliverability, account setup with third-party providers, or similar account-specific issues.
- Custom fonts or typography: Support does not include integrating custom fonts or typography that are not included with the item.
Support channels
The preferred support method may vary by item and creator. Assistance may be provided through marketplace features, an external support website, or another method made available by the creator. If a creator uses an external support website or support system, you may be asked to use that system for item support requests.

Creator responsibility
The creator is responsible for the item itself, including its content, functionality, support, and any updates the creator chooses to provide. Support does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved, that a response will be provided within a specific time, or that the item will be modified to meet your specific requirements.
Wrapmarket account, payment, download, and license questions should be directed to Wrapmarket Support.
Unavailable support or extensions
Support may not be available or extendable for every item. Support may be unavailable if an item has been removed, is no longer supported, has downloads disabled, is affected by a copyright or policy issue, or is otherwise restricted by Wrapmarket. If a support extension is not available, versions released after the license's support expiration date may remain unavailable for that license.
Fair use
Support is intended for legitimate and reasonable questions related to the item and its intended use. Support requests should be focused, respectful, and within the scope of this policy. Excessive, repetitive, abusive, or out-of-scope requests may be limited or declined.
Policy control
This Support Policy controls the scope of support, updates, downloads, and support extensions. No statement, communication, content, or representation outside this policy modifies or expands the terms under this policy unless expressly authorized by Wrapmarket through an official policy or written approval.
Relationship to other terms
This Support Policy works together with the applicable license terms and the Refund & Exchange Policy. It does not modify or expand the rights granted by the license for an item. Your use of an item is governed by the applicable license terms. If there is a conflict regarding usage rights, the license terms control.
