Can I preview an item before purchasing?

Yes. Most items include a Preview button on the item page so you can explore a hosted preview of the design and features before buying. When a hosted preview is unavailable, you can use the Pictures button to preview the design. Please read the item description and compatibility details carefully to ensure it meets your needs.

Where can I find full license terms?

Detailed license terms for the Standard License and License Add-ons are available on Licenses.

Does the item price include support?

Yes. Most items include limited support from the creator. If support is not included, it will be indicated on the item's Support page. Support typically covers help with features and resolving technical issues, but does not include customization, installation, or server setup.

You can always contact the creator with questions, even if support is not officially included, but a reply is not guaranteed. Review the Support Policy for more information.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Stripe offers several payment options:

Invoices and billing

How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

Invoices can be created on Purchases.

Can I customize the invoice?

Yes. You can add custom notes or details to the invoice when generating it. This information will appear on the invoice. We do not collect or store billing profiles, and there are no dedicated fields for VAT ID or similar information.

Downloading licensed items

Where do I find my downloads?

Customers can access their items on Purchases.

Can I download the item again later?

Yes. Licensed items can be downloaded anytime. If an item is discontinued or unpublished, access to the download remains available unless the creator has requested removal or the item has been permanently removed. We recommend storing and backing up a local copy.

Refunds and Exchanges

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are offered in limited cases, such as unresolved technical issues or misrepresentation of the item. Because items are digital and cannot be returned, we evaluate refund requests individually.

How do I request a refund or exchange?

First, contact the creator to try resolving the issue. If the issue is not resolved or qualifies for an exchange, reach out to support within 14 days of purchase and include your Purchase ID. In some cases, we may ask for additional details or steps to reproduce the problem.

Can I exchange an item?

We allow exchanges within 14 days for reasons such as purchasing the wrong version, the wrong license, or using the wrong payment method. You will need to purchase the correct item or license first, then contact support to process the refund for the original purchase.

What issues do not qualify for a refund?

We cannot offer refunds if you purchased over 14 days ago, downloaded the item by mistake, lack the skills to use it, or no longer need it. Refunds are also not given if the item works as described but you are dissatisfied with the design or expected different functionality. See the policy for the full list of exclusions.
