Nextacre is a senior living and retirement community HTML website template for operators who want to help people picture a home, understand their options and prepare a useful first visit. Its 27 substantive pages connect independent living, assisted living and memory support with community profiles, residence plans, everyday life and the questions families bring to a decision.

The design puts people and places at the center of that conversation. Garden photography, a centered wordmark, warm serif accents and deep color gradients give each community a residential character. Detailed pages make room for practical information without losing the visual warmth of the homepage. The included content follows 3 fictional communities, with different settings and living options that can be adapted to an operator's verified services.

Features

Community filters combine a living option with an everyday preference, show matching places and provide a useful empty state. Links from a community or residence carry the relevant choices into the tour planner. Visitors can review and edit their selections, correct missing information and download their notes.

The delivered tour experience is a clearly labeled local demonstration that reaches a complete result without sending information or booking a visit. It includes unavailable, declined and uncertain-receipt states, with a documented integration boundary for a buyer-owned receiving service. The separate checklist downloads only the questions the visitor selects.

A residential visual system

Nextacre includes Orchard, Hearth and Lakeside color schemes, each with Light, Dark and Auto appearance modes. Local Manrope and Source Serif 4 fonts combine readable everyday text with editorial headings. The original photographic illustrations cover shared gardens, individual homes, dining, creative activities, family conversations and neighborhood life.

Community pages bring together setting, services, residence exploration, a visit itinerary and expandable questions. Residence pages pair interior imagery with illustrative plans and specific prompts about furniture, storage, dimensions and access. Consistent navigation and carefully arranged narrow layouts keep those details available throughout the site.

Accessible interaction details

Semantic page structure, skip links, native navigation disclosures, visible keyboard focus and labeled controls support clear navigation. Form errors appear beside their fields, review actions return to the relevant step, and result panels receive focus when a request finishes. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Image alternatives, responsive reading order and native expandable questions support the content across screen sizes. Without JavaScript, visitors can still read the pages, open navigation and questions, compare the community information and follow contact guidance. These are concrete implementation features, not a certification or compliance guarantee.

Editable source for your community

The project uses semantic HTML, modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript. Shared page regions, page metadata, business details, community records, appearance values and media records have clear editing locations. Readable and minified production files come from the same source, with local fonts and optimized responsive images included.

The guide explains how to adapt the content, rebuild the site, change imagery and appearance, and connect the optional tour receiver. The ready-made pages can also be hosted as a static website without a framework or CMS.
