Frageon - Esports Team & Gaming Club HTML Template

An esports team and gaming club HTML template for competitive teams, gaming organisations and clan websites. It is built with HTML5, Bootstrap 5 and plain JavaScript, and runs on a team's real match data: a live countdown to the next match, a schedule shown in each visitor's own time zone, and results map by map.

Frageon opens straight from the folder with no build step. The club name spans the hero over the four division captains, the next match sits under it as a scoreboard that ticks down and turns live at kick-off, and the player and match pages read like real reports, not lorem ipsum.

Key Features

  • HTML5 + Bootstrap 5: semantic markup with Bootstrap utility classes for layout
  • 5 Pages: the club home page plus a player profile, a match details page, a single blog page and a 404 page
  • 12 Home Sections: header, hero, schedule, results, roster, trophies, highlights, about, partners, news, tryouts and footer
  • Live Match Countdown: the next match set once, a ticking scoreboard and a header pill that turns "Live now"
  • Local Time Schedule: every fixture shown in the visitor's time zone with UTC, event, stage and format
  • Results Map by Map: scores per map and the MVP, opening the match page
  • Player Profile Page: season stats, bio, setup and settings, titles and the last three matches
  • Match Details Page: final score, map cards, lineups with player stats, the VOD and the next match
  • Roster and Divisions: five players and a coach with ratings, plus three more divisions
  • Trophy Cabinet: every title dated, with placing and prize
  • Highlights Lightbox: YouTube clips in an overlay that stops the sound on close
  • Partners and Media Kit: audience figures and a two-page PDF media kit included
  • Tryouts Form: eight fields with inline validation, a link check and a confirmation
  • Dark and Light Mode: dark by default, one switch in the header, remembered
  • CSS Design Tokens: team colour, both modes, type scale and spacing set once
  • Local Fonts: Sofia Sans Extra Condensed and Sofia Sans, no CDN requests
  • Works Offline: opens from the file system, no build tools or server
  • W3C Valid HTML: every page checked with the Nu HTML Checker
  • No jQuery: plain, unminified JavaScript
  • Documentation Included: installation, the match clock, schedule times, colors, images, videos and the form

Credits

  • Framework: Bootstrap 5 (https://getbootstrap.com)
  • Fonts: Sofia Sans Extra Condensed and Sofia Sans, OFL licensed, served locally
  • Icons, crests and graphics: inline SVG and CSS
  • Demo content: the club, players, opponents, leagues and partners are fictional; no real games or teams
  • Photographs: placeholder images only. Photos are not included in the download.

Images Notice

The photos of the players, captains, highlights, news and the stage shown in the live preview and screenshots are preview content only and are not included in the download. The package ships placeholder images in their place, each with the same filename and size, so you can drop your own photos in with no code changes.

Requirements and Limitations

  • A static HTML template, not a WordPress product. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is enough to customize it.
  • The match data is written in the HTML; there is no live feed from a league or game API.
  • The tryouts form validates in the browser but does not send email. Connect it to your own form handler before going live.
