Wallstory - Mural and Environmental Graphics HTML Website Template

Wallstory is an HTML website template for mural and environmental graphics studios working with organizations. It helps workplace, learning, community and cultural teams explore your creative range, understand what their space might need and begin a useful conversation about a commission.

The portfolio connects artwork to the places and people it is designed for. Large installation views sit beside original artwork studies, expressive typography and substantial project stories. Indoor murals, exterior walls, branded environments and wayfinding each have a distinct place, with content that explains creative intent, audience, estimated scale, surface and production considerations.

A guided creative-proposal request carries that discovery into a complete frontend journey. Visitors describe their idea, separate site constraints from creative direction, review their answers and reach a printable request receipt. Your studio gets a considered starting point for presenting its work and collecting the information needed for the next conversation.

Features

  • Substantial project storytelling: connect each creative idea with its audience, setting, surface and practical questions, then continue into a compatible brief.
  • A guided wall and site brief: collect creative direction, broad location, approximate dimensions, permission status and timing without requiring visitors to have every answer.
  • Complete request outcomes: review, edit and reach a receipt, with meaningful pending, rejected, unavailable, failed and uncertain states and useful recovery actions.
  • Original visual material: 3 artwork families each pair a flat study with an installation view; a 4th project uses editable vector and live-text wayfinding studies.
  • Adaptable appearance: Ultramarine, Vermilion and Malachite schemes each support Light, Dark and Auto appearance modes.

Ready-made website and editable source

The package includes a ready-made static website, self-contained HTML/CSS/JavaScript source, an illustrated buyer guide, build scripts and focused source tests. Readable and minified production styles and scripts are generated from the same editable source. Website-sized WebP imagery, the editable wayfinding SVG, original identity mark and local Bricolage Grotesque variable font are included with their notices.

Give the work a useful story

Common Ground explores belonging in an indoor learning and gathering space. Open Horizon considers an exterior mural viewed across a wider setting. Shared Rhythm develops a visual language for a workplace. Find Your Way brings destination naming, information hierarchy and sightlines into a cultural orientation concept.

These illustrative stories give your portfolio room to explain decisions. Each connects creative intent to a prospective commission through site context, material questions and a relevant starting point for the brief. Visitors can filter by service and setting, compare approaches and carry an inspiration forward without treating an example's dimensions or surface as their own specification.

The service and preparation pages support the same conversation. They explain the different questions behind a painted mural, an organizational environment and a wayfinding project, then help teams consider approximate measurements, ownership and permission, access, existing fixtures and useful references. The process continues through assessment, proposals, concept development, design decisions, production preparation and handover, keeping each commission stage clear.

Turn an idea into a considered request

The proposal journey separates Your idea, Site and scale, and Timing and reply before an editable review. Visitors can describe their audience and intended outcome, choose a service or ask for help deciding, add optional creative direction and include up to 3 public reference links. Unknown surfaces and unmeasured dimensions are valid starting points. Metres and feet are supported for estimates, with visible conversion when units change.

Service and inspiration stay connected through entry, editing and recovery. Changing a controlling choice clears incompatible answers and invalidates stale review information. The contact journey handles project questions, process questions, existing-request follow-up and website help, with its own review and completed receipt.

Both journeys include validation, native confirmation dialogs, printable summaries and distinct recovery outcomes. An uncertain retry preserves the reviewed request and its identity. The source also includes 16 isolated state examples using the actual interface, so you can inspect the experience beyond the normal path.

The supplied demonstration completes locally without sending a request. To receive real inquiries, you connect your own same-origin HTTPS receiving service using the documented validation, routing, acknowledgement and duplicate-handling contract. Live transport never substitutes a simulated receipt for a failed connection. A request receipt remains separate from a proposal, design approval, permission or production booking.

Readable, accessible interaction

Semantic page structure, descriptive image alternatives, labeled native controls, keyboard operation and visible focus support practical navigation and form use. Field-level errors and text-based status messages explain what needs attention. Native disclosures and dialogs keep help close to the current task, while reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Responsive layouts adapt project spreads, navigation, reading measures and request actions to the available space. Light, Dark and Auto are available in the business interface. The preview's separate Options panel demonstrates the 3 schemes; you choose the production default in the source configuration.

Make it your studio

An original paired-wall mark accompanies an editable live-text wordmark. Local typography, artwork-led layouts and coordinated color tokens provide a clear identity you can shape around your own practice. Project content, service relationships, request choices and appearance settings have documented editing locations.

Wallstory uses semantic HTML, modern CSS and focused vanilla JavaScript, with no browser runtime framework or required submission-service account. The guide covers the source structure, artwork replacement, scheme configuration and receiving integration, giving you an understandable foundation for your studio's website.
