Production includes the receiving interface and its recovery states; connecting real inquiries requires your own backend or service adapter. A receipt acknowledges an inquiry and does not reserve a date or accept a cake order.

Built around the work of a cake studio

The surrounding pages answer the questions that shape a custom cake: how much to serve, which flavors to pair, when to inquire, how tastings work and what to prepare for pickup or delivery. Cake-care and serving pages use simple illustrations alongside the instructions. Guide prices, portions and lead times are editable examples, ready to be replaced with your business's own terms.

The website uses semantic HTML, modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript. Native navigation disclosures and readable content remain available without scripts. The interactive brief requires JavaScript and provides preparation guidance when it is unavailable. Keyboard focus, labeled controls and reduced-motion behavior are included.

Customize and launch

Edit the business data for your studio name, service area, cakes, flavors, sizes and prices. Page fragments, shared header and footer, color schemes and media records are included as readable source. Instrument Serif and DM Sans are self-hosted, and the site does not need a runtime framework, remote font service or image-generation account.

Use static HTTPS hosting for the published website. Source editing requires Node.js 24.8 or newer within the 24.x line and npm 11. Real inquiries require a buyer-owned receiving service that validates the brief, stores it, prevents duplicate submissions and returns the documented receipt. Payment, scheduling, customer accounts, final quotes and order management are outside this template.
