It is built with HTML5, Bootstrap 5 and plain JavaScript and pairs a graphite and signal yellow palette with a clean, well-organised codebase: Bootstrap utility classes for layout, a single stylesheet driven by CSS design tokens, locally hosted fonts, markup-driven form validation and responsive layouts across every screen size.

The template includes 19 ready-made pages built around how a storage business actually rents: storage solutions with a detail page, business storage, unit sizes and pricing, a size guide, locations with a facility page, a reservation page, access and security, packing supplies, reviews, answers to common questions, a blog, contact and the utility pages. The home page draws every unit size as a plan at true relative scale, so a 10 by 30 really is twelve times a 5 by 5, and a status strip under the menu shows units open, gate hours and the move-in note.

Requirements and Limitations

• A static HTML template, not a WordPress product. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is enough to customize it.
• The forms validate in the browser but do not send email or hold a unit. Connect them to your own form handler before going live.
• The demo company details (facilities, phone, email, gate hours and prices) are sample content to replace with your own.
