Roomshift gives independent coworking clubs a welcoming way to show how a working day can feel. Sunlit rooms, warm color, generous photography and clear membership details help people picture their next desk, meeting or first visit. The design brings the social side of a shared workspace together with the practical information people need before they come in.

Built around a fictional Richmond club, the template includes 27 substantive pages plus Privacy and 404 pages. Visitors can explore quiet desks and shared tables, compare 5 access plans, find a meeting room and work through a complete visit-request demonstration. Each part has its own useful content, from preparing for a first day to choosing a room for a workshop.

Make the club tangible

The homepage moves through spaces, an interactive working-day sequence, membership choices, community and meeting rooms. Dedicated pages give quiet work, shared tables, resident desks and private offices enough room to explain their differences. The Library and Studio pages show room capacities, uses and hosting considerations.

13 original illustrative photographs carry the same warm, lived-in character through the site. A custom door mark, rounded typography, soft color gradients and carefully finished buttons give the club a recognizable identity across wide and narrow screens.

Help visitors choose a useful next step

The work-pattern finder compares days in the club, workspace preference, team size and meeting hours against the configured plans. It shows an estimated monthly cost and alternatives, with a clear outcome when the standard plans do not fit. Membership pages and the comparison table keep rates, access hours and meeting credits easy to find.

The meeting-room finder filters by group size and activity. Suitable rooms lead into the visit flow with the room already selected. The 3-step request demonstration carries the visitor from preferences to contact details and review, then provides a clear completion state and a downloadable summary. Unavailable, rejected and uncertain outcomes are included so the interface can be explored beyond the happy path.

Comfortable across screens and input methods

The layouts adapt from compact phones to wide desktops. Semantic page landmarks, ordered headings, descriptive image alternatives and a skip link support navigation. Forms use visible labels and specific error feedback; request steps move focus to the relevant place. Menus and appearance controls work with a keyboard, wide comparison tables can be scrolled with arrow keys, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Make it your own

Use the ready-made site as a starting point for an independent coworking space, shared office or membership club. Editable business data centralizes plans, rates, room capacities and hours. Separate page content, image settings, color schemes and source styles make it practical to adapt the design to your own premises and services.

The buyer guide explains local viewing, editing, building, hosting and connecting the visit interface to a buyer-operated receiver. The included frontend demonstration is complete; live receiving and operational services are described in the requirements and exclusions.
