Kitstage - Event Equipment Rental HTML Website Template

Kitstage gives event rental companies a colorful home for the pieces, practical details and planning conversations behind a great gathering. Built for furniture and tabletop rental businesses, it brings a useful collection, individual equipment pages, guest-count event kits and a complete quote-builder demonstration into one coherent website.

Cherry-red chairs, warm wood, butter-yellow linen and amber lighting set a welcoming tone. Customers can explore what each piece does, check its rental unit and packing details, or begin with a dinner, garden gathering or standing social. They can then assemble an equipment list around their guest count, dates and handoff needs. Clear content carries the experience from inspiration through care and returns, with space for the operational details a rental business needs to explain.

A collection made for event planning

The 8 equipment examples cover seating, tables, tabletop pieces and finishing touches. Search and category filters help visitors find a starting point, while individual pages explain dimensions, materials, intended use, packing, care and suggested pairings.

Rental units stay visible throughout the journey. A chair is priced by the chair; dinnerware comes in 6-place crates and glassware in 12-glass racks. These distinctions carry through to kit quantities and equipment estimates, helping customers understand the list they are building.

From an idea to a complete equipment list

The 3 event kits offer different starting points: a long-table dinner, a garden gathering and an after-hours social. Changing the guest count recalculates whole tables, chairs, crates, racks and lamps. Customers can add the kit to their quote, combine it with individual pieces, then edit or remove any quantity.

The quote builder covers rental dates, pickup or delivery, furniture setup, venue area, access information and contact details. It calculates illustrative equipment estimates in started 3-day blocks and provides validation, review, editing, pending, completion, printing and reset states. The delivered default finishes with a clearly labeled local demo receipt. A buyer-operated receiving service is required for real quote requests; the template does not reserve equipment or take payment.

A bright visual system with room to adapt

Large Bricolage Grotesque headings, readable DM Sans text, generous equipment imagery and warm color surfaces give Kitstage its character. Confetti pairs cherry red with blush and yellow; Poolside brings cooler teal and blue; Marigold offers warm earthy tones. Each scheme includes coordinated Light and Dark colors.

The wordmark is editable text, the imagery is local, and product details live in structured source data. Shared headers, footers and page layouts keep common changes manageable while leaving the rental company's identity and content in its control.

Keyboard and reading features

Semantic page regions, a skip link, labeled controls, visible focus and native radio choices support keyboard use. Navigation restores focus when closed with Escape. Quote validation identifies corrections, and destructive basket clearing uses a native confirmation dialog. Responsive layouts preserve reading order, images include appropriate alternatives, and motion respects reduced-motion preferences.
