Fleetmend - Roadside Truck Repair HTML Website Template

Give a mobile truck-repair business a website built around the information drivers and fleet contacts need before a service call. Fleetmend combines a bold service-truck identity with detailed repair pages, a regional coverage guide, a private call-brief builder and a complete fleet-inquiry frontend.

The design takes its character from vehicle livery, workshop labeling and practical field paperwork. Condensed display type, orange panels, precise service bands and original truck photography carry through the homepage, service details and form states. The example business serves the Phoenix area; its identity, coverage, copy and contact details are editable.

What is included

  • 14 complete pages: home, repair services, diesel and electrical, air and brakes, trailer repairs, service area, fleet support, crew, common questions, call brief, fleet inquiry, privacy, accessibility and a designed 404 page.
  • Call-brief builder: organize vehicle, location and fault information, review, edit, copy or print a focused call sheet.
  • Fleet-inquiry frontend: labeled inputs, validation, review, pending feedback, receipt, rejection and uncertain-retry states.
  • 3 color schemes: Signal, Cobalt and Worklight, each with Light, Dark and Auto appearance modes.
  • 6 original AI-generated photographs: local WebP assets in 3 sizes for roadside service, diagnostics, air systems, trailer work, fleet yards and the field crew.
  • Ready-made site and editable source: semantic HTML, modern CSS, vanilla JavaScript, local fonts, vector graphics, configuration data and repeatable build tools.
  • Buyer documentation: setup, customization, receiver integration, commands, launch checks and license notices.

Prepare a useful service call

The call brief helps visitors organize information a service team can use. Roadside and yard locations have different fields; vehicle choices expose the relevant details. Visitors can revise their notes without starting again, copy them for a call or print only the brief.

Entries stay in the current browser page and are not sent or stored. The brief prepares a conversation; it does not request dispatch or diagnose a fault. Dedicated repair pages explain scope and call preparation without invented response times or repair guarantees.

Give fleet contacts a clear next step

Fleet support has its own page and structured inquiry. Visitors provide company context, fleet size, service area, support needs and a contact, then review the details before continuing.

The preview demonstrates completion and recovery without transmitting entries. Production source supports a buyer-configured HTTPS receiver and requires a valid acknowledgement before showing receipt. An uncertain response preserves the inquiry for a consistent retry; a confirmed rejection allows editing. A backend, email delivery and dispatch service are not included.

A consistent design across the whole site

Role-specific imagery, an editable corridor diagram, crew information and common questions add depth beyond the homepage. Practical form pages give priority to their tasks. Layouts adapt across narrow phones, tablets and wide screens.

The interface includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, associated labels, understandable validation, a skip link and reduced-motion support. These are implemented features, not an accessibility certification.

Customize and launch

Use the production files on static hosting, or edit the self-contained source and rebuild. Source tools require Node.js 24.8 or later within version 24 and npm 11. The guide covers locked installation, local previews, configuration and launch checks. The site has no framework runtime or CDN dependency.

Replace fictional business details, telephone placeholders, coverage and policy text before launch. Connect your own receiver to collect fleet inquiries. Hosting, backend services, dispatch, payments, a CMS and design-tool files are not included. The Options scheme selector and simulated inquiry controls belong only to the preview; their editable source is included.

All displayed site photographs, fonts and vector assets are included. Photographs and depicted people are AI-generated. Local Barlow Condensed and DM Sans fonts retain their original SIL Open Font License notices.
