Property is bought with the eyes and decided with the details. Slateon is a hand-coded HTML template for estate agencies, letting agents, property developers and architecture studios that need to show the building, list the terms, and take an enquiry or a booking at the end.
Built with clean HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript, Slateon pairs a calm teal-and-lime palette with a complete site: a listing grid with its own detail pages and For Rent / For Sale category pages, five development case studies, four service pages, a ten-article blog with category tabs, a working cart and a three-page checkout — all running in the browser with no jQuery, no framework and no build step.
Whether you run a city-centre lettings agency, a residential developer, a commercial property consultancy, a buying agency or an architecture practice, Slateon provides every page and component needed to make a property look right and make the next step easy.
Designed for Property Businesses
Slateon is organised around the way people actually shop for a home or a workspace: what is available, what is it like, and who is selling it. The template includes purpose-built sections for a full-screen showreel that opens as you scroll, a project gallery carousel, a listing grid with price, address and floor-plan on every card, an animated services list that swaps its photograph as you move down it, slot-machine counters for headline figures, a quote slider, an FAQ accordion and a property detail page with an add-to-cart form.
With a palette of midnight teal, lime and mist white, Inter Display throughout, three background films and scroll-linked motion applied with restraint, every page keeps attention on the property rather than on the interface.

Performance & User Experience
Slateon ships as one stylesheet, one script and its own fonts. There is no runtime to boot, no framework to parse and no third-party request on any page, so a property page paints as soon as its HTML arrives. The three background films are held back until a visitor scrolls to them, and images are served in modern formats at the sizes the layout actually asks for.
Every interaction is a real control. The navigation, the tabs, the accordion, both carousels, the cart, the video buttons and the lightbox are all buttons a keyboard can reach and a screen reader can name, each page has a skip link and exactly one H1, and every animation stops when the visitor's system asks for less motion. With JavaScript switched off the whole site still reads: nothing is hidden behind a script that has to run first.
Why Choose Slateon?
Slateon gives a property business the two things its site has to do well — make a building look worth visiting, and make the enquiry easy — in code clean enough to hand to any developer, with no framework to learn, no build to run and nothing to keep up to date.
