Listen closer.

Murmur is a podcast app UI kit built as a complete design system. Episodes play with read-along transcripts, the queue stays in reach, and every screen works on phone, tablet and desktop in Light and Dark.

Why designers pick Murmur

  • Read-along transcripts. The transcript follows playback line by line, a feature most audio kits skip.
  • One system, three devices. The same components scale from a compact phone player to a desktop player with transcript side by side.
  • Real states, not just happy paths. Playing and paused, queue edits, empty states, plus a paywall written in plain terms with no dark patterns.
  • Variables all the way down. Color, spacing and radius are tokenized, so Light and Dark switch in one click.
  • Type made for reading along. Dedicated Reading styles for transcripts, a numeric display style for timers, and a typeface drawn for stacked diacritics, so it holds up in Vietnamese and other accented languages.

What's inside

  • 48 screens / 96 frames across Mobile (390), Tablet (1194) and Desktop (1440)
  • 7 flows: Welcome · Home · Player · Discover · Library · Your Profile · Premium
  • Player with read-along transcript and queue, plus empty and error states across flows
  • 69 components with 446 variants
  • 136 variables for color (Light/Dark), spacing and radius
  • Text styles for display, headings, body and long-form transcript reading, with auto layout throughout
  • A cover, a Read me with setup steps, and a documented page for every foundation and component
