Graphite – Creative Agency & Portfolio WordPress Theme

Graphite is a monochrome block theme for web design studios, creative agencies and freelancers. Every page is drawn on one scaled grid, like a sheet on a drafting table: bold Manrope headlines, Instrument Serif italics and JetBrains Mono labels, with hairline rules, rulers and crosshairs that measure the page as you move. It ships with a dark default and a light scheme that visitors switch in the header, and it is built entirely for the WordPress Site Editor (Full Site Editing).

The theme is complete on its own: header, menus, footer, blog, archives, search, single posts and the 404 page are templates made of core blocks, so you edit them in Appearance → Editor without code. The companion plugin Graphite Core, bundled in the package, adds the studio sections, the shop and the one-click demo.

67 Gutenberg blocks for a studio site

Graphite Core adds 67 native blocks, one for every section of the demo. Each block has its own settings in the editor sidebar: texts, pictures, lists and links. There is no page builder and no shortcodes. The blocks include a drafting-table page header, project grids and archives, a work drum, service stacks, pricing plans with payment schedules, a process timeline, client walls, testimonial and review grids, team cards, a FAQ wall with topics, newsletter and project brief forms, a map on request, and the launch countdown.

A real WooCommerce shop

The shop runs on WooCommerce. Products, prices, stock, cart, checkout, payments and orders are WooCommerce's own, so any payment gateway and extension works with it.

• Featured product box with licences: Personal and Commercial are WooCommerce variations, and the box, the catalogue and the cart always show the licence the buyer chose.
• Licence documents: the buyer picks a licence, signs it with their name, and the name goes onto the order line. It is included in WooCommerce's privacy exporter and eraser.
• Catalogue with categories, sorting and a 3 or 4 column grid. It respects WooCommerce's "Hide out of stock items", backorders, price suffix and tax display.
• Bundles built from other products, with the saving worked out from their real prices.
• Receipt cart: a floating pill opens the cart as a printed receipt, and quantities change in WooCommerce's cart itself.
• Designed checkout and order received pages: WooCommerce's block checkout in the Graphite style, with numbered steps, labels above the fields, the total inside the Place order button and a sticky order summary.
• HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) compatible.

One-click demo, ready in minutes

Install the theme, install the recommended plugins from Appearance → Install Plugins, and press Import the demo. The importer creates the pages, menus, blog notes with writers and comments, the demo shop products, and the reading settings. Ticked boxes on the same screen set readable permalinks, open the store to visitors and turn on a test payment method, and each one is yours to untick. Content you already have is never overwritten.

Note about images: the demo photographs are not included in the download. They are replaced by striped placeholders that show the size each picture needs, so you can drop in your own. The pencil drawing header and the background texture are included.
